Improvisation introduces students to the principles and practice of improvisation through an experiential, process-oriented structure. The course will focus on three major areas: Physical, Vocal, Spatial. Free, structured, and directed improvisations will anchor the course allowing each student to experiment individually and in groups with the possibilities of the body as a complete instrument of expression.
